Fantastic location, super clean and fresh accommodation. It’s just as it appears in the photographs. It’s so helpful too that it has a parking space as it’s so central in Cambridge - a rare bonus! It was the perfect base for exploring the city. Nicky was very communicative, and though we didn’t need anything as everything was great, we definitely felt she was there and willing to help!
The place is beautiful, really stylish and more spacious than it looks in the photos. Exceptionally clean and comfortable and it had everything we needed for a overnight stay to visit Cambridge. This was one of the best stays I've ever booked through Air BnB. Nicky's place is immaculate with modern appliances and thoughtful touches. Renovated to exceptionaly high standard. Nicky herself, is a great host who has made our stay even more pleasant, gave us local tips, remained in touch and responded to all our request. We absolutely loved staying here, Nicky clearly has an eye for design and the attention to detail throughout is very impressive, a lot of thought has gone into making sure you have everything you need with some really lovely touches - super stylish, trendy, clean and comfortable. A real home from home experience in an excellent location - Histon is beautiful and everything you need is within a five minute walk, looking out the window at the duck pond is a real added bonus. Nicky is a fantastic host, ever so personable, responding instantly, and completely going out of her way to make sure you have a brilliant stay. I can’t recommend this place and Nicky enough, the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had - we will definitely be back. Thank you for everything.
We loved our stay at this apartment - it was fantastic. Everything was there that we needed. We loved how light and airy the apartment was. Great quiet location within easy walking distance to the centre of Cambridge. We also loved the fact it had private parking. Communication with the host was excellent building up to our stay and also regarding access to the apartment. We just couldn’t fault it. We try to get away 2 or 3 times a year and have started to prefer the flexibility apartments offer and we have to say, this was by far one of the best apartments we have stayed in and would certainly do so again.

This is such a beautifully put together apartment and everything, from the pillows to the bin in the kitchen, is really high quality. My husband and I couldn’t stop going on about how comfy the bed was! Nicky met us at the apartment, which was lovely and warm on arrival, and showed us around. Parking was great, pretty location, breakfast things ready for us. We will definitely be going back. I highly recommend this Air BnB

Nicky's place is great! Its very stylish, fast Internet, Netflix included. It provides everything you need. We have a 2 year old who was welcomed here, Nicky provided toys highchair etc. Its also located just off the village high street, super convenient for shops, super markets, post office, cafes, pubs and restaurants. yet very quiet. There is a small shared garden at the back. There is also a common just opposite the house, where you can feed the ducks and run around. Nicky is very friendly, met all the extra requirements that I made. Great host! Highly recommend!
The Birches is practically perfect in every way!
Everything about The Birches exceeded my expectations. The accommodation itself is bright, new and clean. It's located within walking distance of the supermarket, nearby pubs and the centre of Cambridge. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the city.
